Helper for client side customized pagination
This script should not be not be installed directly. It is a library for other scripts to include with the meta directive // @require https://update.greasyfork.org/scripts/424499/1723642/Brazen%20Paginator.js
A pagination augmentation helper class.
The goal here is to allow merging of subsequent pages into the current page and keep the page nav bar synced.
Options allow to specify trigger threshold (minimum item count) and maximum pages to concatenate.
