Hi,Awesome script - saves SO MUCH TIME and fuss :)However, the script needs updating now that the Agent Workspace URL is blocked and we have to use the new CWS URLPlease could you update the URL in the script to https://itsm.services.sap/now/cwf/agent/record/sn_customerservice_case/Many thanks
