When videos were stored in a synology NAS,and the plex server installed on that NAS too, what to do?

Tried to run /volume2/Movie/Furious.Seven.2015.EXTENDED.1080p.BluRay.x264-SPARKS[rarbg]/Furious.Seven.2015.EXTENDED.1080p.BluRay.x264-SPARKS.mkv but it didn't exist.
