我看了下代码，文本链接 http:// 或 https:// 开始的文本才会转换为链接。www.west.cn/web/mi 改成 https://www.west.cn/web/mi 的话，会自动变为链接。
当时这个功能是因为 v2ex 和微信公众号里文本链接不能点击加的转换功能。因为很吃性能，规则限制比较严格，也能减少误转换的可能。
后续有时间时，看看能不能优化吧。
