Add the download button and the open button to download or open profile picture and media in the posts, stories, and highlights in Instagram

It's bugged, especially on posts with multiple photos. When you switch to the next one, the button just disappears.
Looks like instagram has updated something in the layout, now the buttons are misaligned sometimes🤷🏻♂️
