Converts giant.gfycat.com hyperlinks to their HTML 5 video counterpart and Imgur links to their HTML 5 video counterpart.

Changes Imgur gifs to gifv.

Removes additional garbage from gfycat links to show the html version of a gif.

Unfortunately I don't know how to change reddit gifs to smaller files.

Let me know if there are any issues. I'll try to fix it when I have time.
