Features:

Added source domain next to each link
Much easier to identify repeating links and quotes pulled out of articles
Properly capitalizes link text if it detects ALL CAPS
Added link numbers next to each link - can be typed from keyboard
Articles are opened up by http://www.readability.com (no BS, just the article) -- no longer possible since readability shut down
Removed non-article links, text, forms, and buttons
Added visited link color (link is gray if you've visited it)
Added DR favicon
Changed font to Helvetica
Changed page title to remove ALL CAPS
Centered images in columns and header
Made each column 33% of the page width
Removed Drudge Report logo
Removed link coloration & italicization/bold/underline from links
Removed superfluous ...s
Centered headline links and removed unnecessary whitespace from top of headlines
Change page height so that it's not ridiculously long
By popular demand, now removes the auto-reload BS
Background/font colors are less shocking (not straight black/white)
