Change the color of the username to match with the desired user color

- Change avi/icon to get the best resolution possible
- Study the user color and change it if it's too dark for you to see the links
- Redirect from stupid t.com links to direct pages
- Fully theme for links, profiles, avatars.. with their color (or yours in your profile)
- Change the spinner color taking the primary color in this moment
- Small Twitter improves that I can't do with Stylus/Stylish
